Join us on October 17 as we renew our commitment to stop poverty!
Children and young people play important roles in the fight against poverty. They provide valuable insights acquired from their personal daily struggles. On October 17 at Rizal Park in Manila, they will share their stories to the entire world and we need your help to make this happen.
October 17 is the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. The Philippines alongside the United Nations and many other countries commemorate this day to demonstrate how we can work together to respect the human rights and dignity of people living in poverty. Organizations, communities, and individuals from all walks of life gather together at Rizal Park to celebrate successes, encourage each other in the face of challenges, and renew their commitment in helping address poverty.
We are calling for individual volunteers or partners to help us campaign and mount the program with our communities.
Families living in poverty will travel from various communities to share their stories and take part in creating solutions at Luneta. Please help in covering the cost of transportation.
